I mean, compared to the 0 senior appearances of our other strikers purchased (Hemir and Mayenda), I'd say he was experienced. ~100 appearances in mens football.

Depends on the overall deal. If we can get Ipswich up to 15 up front plus maybe 6.5/7.5 in add ons and 15% sell on…

It’s obvious and has been for a while he won’t sign a new contract.

Harte is an absolute weapon but he's also continually employed by Clarke despite going on the way he does. Clarke clearly doesn't have an issue with him

Speakman/KLD will be looking at a decision - they either need to accept an offer that they feel meets their valuation of the player(including any sell-ons and other fees owed to other clubs) or they need to risk Clarke losing value as he nears the end of his contract. It's really that simple, it is a business. Now, there has been nothing outside of a few tweets and RLB saying "It's a possibility" to indicate that there is any movement.

Extenuating circumstances here being that we could make a go at promotion, in which case, we'd likely be able to pay him ourselves OR that he has agreed a contract on the condition that no club that he wants to go to comes in with an offer for him this window(or a club offering a wage he'd leave for).

The other way to look at it is by selling Clarke that could potentially allow them to bring in four more players (Isodor, Simic, midfield player and a right back).

That would still obviously leave a very large Clarke shaped hole at left wing but if Isodor has played there often in a three man front line, maybe there’s an option they’re looking at.

Unfortunately, the job of an agent is to make a player as much money as possible, get them to the biggest stage possible, and carve out a nice chunk for themselves. This isn't new, nor is he the most ruthless agent out there.
 
I'm not sure the club will buy another left winger, if he goes. They may think we already have players for there, Mundles, Rusyn and possibly Watson getting game time.
