Why? Am I asking for trouble? Only reason I'll leave it late is in case someone has a spare.Good luck with that.
I thought it was common knowledge on here, that no ever answers the phone at the Sol?Why? Am I asking for trouble?
I meant on the website.I thought it was common knowledge on here, that no ever answers the phone at the Sol?
Sorry misread it.I meant on the website.
Sorry misread it.
what do you mean?I probably wasn't very clear to be honest.
Newcastle didn't get Taylor swift, did they?Yeah. As much as the Sunderland city centre is undergoing welcome regeneration, it’s still behind in where it needs to be to compete to host the likes of TS.
The elephant in the room now is that Newcastle, which already has the advantages of infrastructure, now has to contend with this level of investment and competition.
The SOL maybe does need to find its level of what it can host. If Newcastle is getting the likes of TS, then the SOL should maybe looking at other acts that maybe are not as popular, but still have a good following.
At the end of the day though, as others have said, the SOL is about 30 years old now. It naturally needs some better investment. Everyone should be striving and hoping for this, not just for matches, but for other events. The club also be working with the council to overcome obstacles preventing the stadium from hosting more, even if that means the situation regarding hotels etc needs to be addressed and a plan put in place for it.
what do you mean?
I also have 2 cards on phone, yes you scan cards one at a time to let first person through turnstileCan I ask... I have two SC on my phone I scan the QR codes separately, I presume that's my only option?
Yeah, but you can only scan the QR code? Not by just hold your phone to the scanner so it picks up one at a time from your wallet?I also have 2 cards on phone, yes you scan cards one at a time to let first person through turnstile
You can do NFC with multiple tickets, but the tickets in your wallet appear in the same 'Folder' so once scanned first you would swipe along to the 2nd ticket.Yeah, but you can only scan the QR code? Not by just hold your phone to the scanner so it picks up one at a time from your wallet?
I used NFC for the first time on Sunday & loaded the ticket first like. You can do NFC with multiple tickets, but the tickets in your wallet appear in the same 'Folder' so once scanned first you would swipe along to the 2nd ticket.
I have a Samsung S24 (and a Google Pixel last year) and NFC has worked fine for me, strange how it doesnt work for some when they use their phones for contactless payments etc anyway which shows that the phone is set up for it. Are people holding the phones at the correct place on the scanners, and do they have the sunderland ticket loaded up on the screen?
Someone better tell her she’s put the ‘F’ backwardsThis post popped up on Linkedin - wonder where were going to hang this? Club shop?

I've been scanning the QR code, then let the lad in, then scanning the QR code for myself. I just wanted to know if tickets would scan from my wallet one at a time rather than having to scan the QR code? You can do NFC with multiple tickets, but the tickets in your wallet appear in the same 'Folder' so once scanned first you would swipe along to the 2nd ticket.
