Mixed feelings staggered they could sell out 25,000 tops in 11 minutes, but why didn't the club anticipate the demand

Not having a go just amazed at our support

Hoopefully the team show the same level of commitment on the field

The 25k includes home strips.

We had less than 5k away shirts online and in the store today for our huge launch.

The volumes they ordered were representative of the demand from previous years, but the new kits have been wildly successful. It's not in the manufacturers interest to have an entire seasons worth of kits printed in July and sat in warehouses for up to a year so can't really blame them for taking a while to catch up.
 
Thinking about ordering a shirt from the online store but need it pretty quick.
Anyone here used it and how fast did it arrive?

I made an order on Friday and it's not due till next Monday.

Last time I ordered from kitbag it took 5 days to be dispatched.

I don't know if what delivery you select impacts how long it will take to be dispatched but I selected 48 hour royal mail this time. And 24 hour royal mail last time.

So many companies manage to get stuff dispatched the same day not fanatics.
 
This new store set up is baffling. All run by Fanatics but you can't take stuff you've bought online back to the physical store (even when you are returning something they don't have in stock and that they will sell in hours).

Also no season card discount anymore in the physical shop, however the online store has a 10% discount for new customers and will refund you 10% for having a season card.

Spend ten years waiting for a decent kit to come out, and when it does they want to punch you in the cock. Why is everything connected to the club so difficult?

I’ve bought 3 times (home zip up, and the away and 3rd shirts) and gone with the cheapest postage option (RM48) each time.

Zip up - ordered Friday arrived Tuesday
Away shirt - ordered Friday arrived Monday
3rd shirt - ordered Friday, Royal Mail app reckons it’ll be delivered tomorrow
