Don’t sell now. Simple as that. Too late in window. Can re-assess in January depending on league position. My guess would be that we will be ahead of Leeds in table. They will have lost their three best players in Rütter, Somerville and Gray.

£25m must be the absolute minimum. This reflects his value to us, the going rate for other players in his position, and also whatever sell on Spurs are entitled to.

You'd presume we'd have someone lined up before he goes like.
Ideally we lead Leeds on for awhile so all their eggs are in one basket, sell him to someone like Wolves/ Palace etc. outside our league on deadline day for a massively inflated fee and already have our replacement in the door/ ready to go.
If Clarke going means we get three players who improve our first team then i'm for it to be honest. We're so close to having the team we need.

He won’t be worth much less in 12 months like. If we commanded a £10M fee for someone who is as crocked as Stewart with less than 12 months remaining on his contract. Should Clarke continue his upward trajectory his value would be significantly more than that.
