Clarke scores them anyway Roberts has never been prolific poveda has had strikers before and again barely scored
Regardless of Poveda or Roberts, we haven't had a decent CF since Stewart.

In our promotion season, Stewart scored 24 goals. Roberts scored 1, Clarke scored 1.

Following season, Stewart scored 10 in an injury hit season, Roberts scored 5, Clarke scored 9. Diallo scored 13. That season, we more or less didn't play with a centre forward.

Last season, Clarke scored more goals than in his entire professional career.

We need a centre forward.

Clarke wasn't exactly prolific before we signed him on a permanent. According to Wiki he only bagged 1 in 17 over his loan spell and had smashed in a career defining two over his entire career prior to that. Cheer up man.

without scrolling through this… what’s happening with this lad, is he out injured already, didn’t see he’s played any minutes yet has he?

He was apparently four weeks behind with his fitness because he didn't have a club. This was probably exacerbated by the small matter that he does not appear to be the type who keeps himself in shape when he's not playing.

Match fitness is completely different to normal fitness. RLB expected to see him getting minutes by end of next week

With due acknowledgement of my own waistline, I did think he looked a little heavier than he might like on the video of his medical. Though he may just be that sort of player - just not quite the image we’ve had recently with all these waiflike athletes out there.

I'm willing to wager there's some problems with attitude etc considering the amount of academies and clubs he's been bounced around and his failure to unlock, what a lot of people thought was, a lot of potential.

Looked like someones uncle that sits in front of the restaurant playing cards all day w a younger face, probably close to 8kg overweight and thats on a short frame
looks more of a footballer than Cardiff's number 3.Sure I saw him behind the counter of my local kebab shop last week.

Based on nothing other than the 'it always happens to us theory' he's nailed on to score against Wednesday on Sunday. Surely he's fit enough to do 20 mins off the bench if needed.
