It's like they think he should have started booting off about the black cats bar on day one. They want him to be a transmitter of all their own grievances, which is obviously never going to happen.

Starting a new job and seeking to have a working relationship with your employers makes you a "yes man" apparently.

So you’re telling me the coach, is giving confident comments on the current team and players which he coaches and that’s a bad thing?

This in no way means behind closed doors he isn’t making it clear where we need to bring players in.

It’s what any decent coach would do, even some previous ones I liked seemed to struggle with this.

No idea how this Mag twat/Attention seeking WUM gets away with it. Has his finger on the pulse of the perennial malcontents on here mind and does a good pied piper act pulling their strings.
 
I don’t think Le Bris is a yes man i just think speakman & co have promised back room staff & certain players & not delivered

Really?

I'd say he has put the best available squad/team together based on what he has in the dressing room. Hemir hasn't been anywhere near and he has said he is free to go out on loan, which is what he needs.

He has included Mayenda who has done well to be fair and Rusyn as the next one as he has nobody else. Its public knowledge we are trying to get reinforcements there.

He won’t see the season out and I’d be surprised if he’s still here by Xmas, nothing will change until it’s a total new ownership and they go about it differently, so we have to accept what we have got

Poor example. Football is not run like any other business. What is the point getting a head coach and then saying you do as I tell you. Might as well put Speakman in as Head Coach.
