It’s not just about the Mendy deal though is it. But you know that but that doesn’t suit your agenda of coming on to have a go at other fans.
But if you have a priority signing, which you think will still sign, there's no point moving on when it could be over the line in a week.

It anyone has an agenda it's you, you're constantly the one complaining and don't have any middle ground whatsoever.
At least I and others have admitted the situation is far from ideal and questions have to be asked if things don't change.

I think if you look at this potential deal in isolation possibly but for 18 months this has been the reason the club has struggled as nd cost people their jobs.
Speakman may have been unlucky on this one but it doesn’t appear to be any plan b and he has lost any goodwill from the majority of our support given the deficiencies he has overseen for 18 months.
We are the least demanding supporters in world football but many think with 32,000 season ticket sales and 100,000s of shirt sales at least 1 competent striker at the club is not to much to ask?

You can express concern without repeating it over and over and over again ad infinitim. Everyone gets it, we all realise it is not great, we know we still haven't got a striker but based on Mendy's comments I think he'll soon sign.

I'd prefer we stuck to plan A and get our key target than settling for the next name on our list.
As for not having a plan B, you really don't know that, it's total guesswork.
I completely agree with your last point, I don't think I've ever known us to not have a leading striker and it's been unacceptable since Simms left.

It certainly is because supporters at other clubs in our position would have kicked off by now.
Some of our supporters really need to open their eyes. We all love this club but the mismanagement is there for all to see.
Do I expect promotion? No.
Do I expect the biggest club outside the premier league to at least have a go for promotion? Yes.
