Well, you can interview thousand of people , it doesn't mean you have to employ them.. A good few Companies do this just to collect a data base to see what's available. Most wouldn't be hired anyway.

Is it not obvious whats went on. Took an age to find a manager who met their criteria. The bloke dosnt even have a settled right hand man and despite all the bullshit about interviewing coaches they were always going to shoehorn speakshites mate in. It'll all go to shite again by christmas and the shite cycle will continue.
 
Le Bris openly admitted in Quinn’s bar he was ok that he didn’t bring anyone with him and wanted someone with English / championship experience to help him adjust as he had zero experience in this country.
On one hand he was honest and open what he needed and Speakman wasn’t bullshitting.
But the other side is he admitted he needed help and so far he hasn’t got any.
 
A bit of positive news, particularly regarding set-pieces. Why it’s taken so long when he could have had them all pre season is anyone’s guess, however.

who thought he was? was always said any new staff would be in addition to them
