I wouldn’t advocate a meltdown but it’s depressing that after all that’s passed since Stewart got injured that we could feasibly line up v Cardiff with Jobe on his own up top (and zero new faces)

We can’t let this window end like the last ones, but I’m happy with the players we seem to be in for.

No one at all has said we should pay more than he is worth. But our own valuations appear to be miles away. And because we have overpaid previously then We should never sign anyone again !!
It shouldn’t be the case that we are still waiting with a month to go. A striker should have been in for the pre season games and ready for the season kick off. How long have the incompetent arseholes been looking for and trying to sign one ffs ! Your constant defense of the situation is both boring and ridiculous. It’s absolute garbage .

Exactly. What’s the f***ing point of pre season if we do our main business the last day of August? I feel sorry for Le Bris but then again, more fool him for seeing what he was going to get and still taking the job.

Is it really hard to wrap your head around the dynamic in a transfer window? There’s a reason there’s a rush of signings in the last 24 hours.

The constant tantrums and demands that the club just sign someone, ignoring the fact another club is involved, is also boring.

Your constant defense of this is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not like we have had 3 transfer windows to sort this shite out yet you are advocating we wait until the last hour of the transfer window to get whatever scraps are still lying about. Another Burstow and you’ll be happy ehh ??
It is a disgrace to the club and the supporters the way that Speakman is pissing about.

I’m also not happy we don’t have a striker yet. I have said I’m concerned that this window can’t be allowed to close without one like in the past.

The difference is I’m not losing my shit and going on like the club is run by a cabal of supervillains.

There are reasons that making signings isn’t straight forward/quick that are much more likely than they’re “f***ing us all over”.
