Hope you right Andy, but I still believe we will not bring in any striker that is fit for purpose until Clarke is sold. Then a decision will be made exactly what kind of funding will be made available.( Probably for Speakman to waste!!)

1 in 4 so not as good a record as Mendy. However only 22 and will have sell on value - strange he went to Swansea must have been given big wages.
 
Still only 22, could be really good in a few years.

That said I'm hoping because we identified him as a good striker he'll be honking much like the others we were after/signed in the last couple of seasons.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the whole window is based on Clarke leaving. But no one is willing to pay what we’re after and now we don’t have any money to spend, unless someone is sold
