.. Depends on how much money the offer, I would have thought..IWe will sell him to anyone of his valuation is met. Clarke will only go to certain places. I wouldn’t have thought Ipswich is one of them.

That was the tweet btw he’s always bang on with spurs so would base the percentage of the sale on that plus what we paid for him upfront.
Up-front he did think with add-ons etc it was rising to £3m.Surely there is no way levy sold us clarke for just 750k![]()
But you realise in that situation, there’s a good chance he’d be sold if we went straight back down anyway? Not if he wants to be in the Premier League in a year's time.
True - but ya never know. But you realise in that situation, there’s a good chance he’d be sold if we went straight back down anyway?
And if we stay up, he’s at a premier league side already rather than gambling that you have been promoted.
Whey they best agree a fee with us then.im told hes agreed a deal with west ham
Was massively overdue mateAye just been reading up about Broadhead. Looks like he is facing a long stint on the sidelines
I think Ipswich would be a good move for him. If you come back down he will still be earning twice what he is now and he would be very good for you in the Champo. But you realise in that situation, there’s a good chance he’d be sold if we went straight back down anyway?

There would be a relegation wage drop but it'd still be more than he's on here, and probably at a team looking to go straight upI think Ipswich would be a good move for him. If you come back down he will still be earning twice what he is now and he would be very good for you in the Champo.
if ipswich is his best offer it shows the market doesnt rate him as highly as safc fans do..There would be a relegation wage drop but it'd still be more than he's on here, and probably at a team looking to go straight up
I think his value to us is higher than his value to most other teams, so I do wonder whether we'll get an acceptable bidif ipswich is his best offer it shows the market doesnt rate him as highly as safc fans do..
safc fans may be right in this case and the market wrong..albeit the poster who famously said clarke os better than anthony gordon has egg on their face
an excellent way of putting it..I think his value to us is higher than his value to most other teams, so I do wonder whether we'll get an acceptable bid
Game time and not being cannon fodder which are probably his main concerns other than trippling+ his wage ...True - but ya never know.
If you're Jack Clarke, you'd prefer an established club.
To me, it makes sense for him to give us another year ahead of trying to break into a relegation candidate's side. If he gets to the Prem with us, he's a guaranteed stater.Game time and not being cannon fodder which are probably his main concerns other than trippling+ his wage ...
If safc paid him what he wants he'd stay ...apparently he loves it here ( being the main man and playing all the time)
It will be a bigger fee than some are saying if we sell.
A few interested not just ipswich, the fee will be pushed up. "do as we are told?", bollocks.
That's with your Sunderland hat on. This move may never come around for him again. he could have a poor season next season, could get injured etc etcTo me, it makes sense for him to give us another year ahead of trying to break into a relegation candidate's side. Trippier is one of the best English right backs of his generation. Clarke scored in both games against Fulham. He's not worth 20 million, a woefully out of form Kieran Trippier had him in his back pocket against the mags and I know it's only one game but that's doesn't bode well for him being worth that sort of money .
He's 23. He's a good player. I don't think he'd be too worried. That's with your Sunderland hat on. This move may never come around for him again. he could have a poor season next season, could get injured etc etc
If he backs himself, he has to move to the Prem when a Prem move is on the table, absolute worst case scenario he is back where he is now but on a 4/5 yr contract worth 3/4 times he is on now and set for life.
