He may well do but until he’s tested we shall never know, but looking at the teams that have had interest they seem to be. of the lower level relegation type teams so far.
Personally I hope he ain’t sold as I can’t see us replacing his quality for us

Suggesting Clarke would have a mare at Town seems harsh. The fast attacking style of football we play under McKenna would give him plenty of chances.

Our defending is up for debate sure but creating chances isn’t something that we will struggle with. If we sign him, still a big if, I think he will enjoy the step up and do a decent job.

Wharton was the same to Blackburn as Clarke is to us, when the transfer went through.

Palace weren't to know that he'd be such an instant success, it was an educated punt on a very good, young championship player. No different to how Clarke is to us now.

If palace can afford £25m for Wharton and Bournemouth afford £25m for Scott , then Clarke surely has to be going for around £25m. That's the market

He will, he'll be in a team that will be under the cosh and looking to counter quickly and that's his best attribute.

He's wasted in a team that keeps the ball endlessly knocking it around with no purpose, whilst the opposition defence sit off watching it happen having the easiest day of their lives with no striker to mark.

There’s a high chance he’s back to playing in the championship in a season. If he goes it will be for the financial package.

He'd do well for yous but it just depends on how yous fare in the Prem. Could be a surprise package or could be completely out of your depth, hard to tell but if the latter then he's unlikely to get as many chances and look as good.

Jack Clarke turbo booster ....When he came on second half v Eldense he left three Spanish players for dead and just looked a different level.

I hope he stays because that`s what our huge fan base deserve to see. Its a crying shame IF we have to sell anyone .
