Hemir

In his defence, he did ok in pre-season. Was hauled off 45 minutes into his first league game, the manager publicly slated him. Then started a bloke who could barely walk upfront ahead of him. It’s no real surprise the lad was short on confidence.
Moving to a new country at his age to be treat the way he was my Mowbray was extremely poor.

You don't have to jump to his defence, I've already stated that he's got some good attributes for a young striker, but he's obviously got to improve his work rate.

Mowbray picked him out to clearly try and stick a rocket up the lads arse. End of the day, he's a pro footballer, if he can't handle criticism from his head coach, he'll have a very short career.
Always wondered why Hemir was so quickly slated and dropped, yet Burstow got so much time and opportunity to make an impact with barely any backlash from Tony.

At a guess, I'd say Hemir couldn't have been impressing in training. Probably a communication problem too which seen him go with the piss poor Burstow instead.

Burstow was scoring 50 goals in training too 😆

I didn’t think he was even that bad first half v Ipswich. But he probably shouldn’t have been thrown in, or given the number 9. He was one for the future, a gamble, and we will see this season if it might pay off.
