Need to have the wage budget to match it though.
we know SAFC pay competitive wages for a non parachute money team in this league..
Hold on, were your eyes not working that day?
yeah he saw he was playing out of position..

the people paying the money for gray have seen him play man more times than you have..
Different era Hank, KLD's family/business lawyer doing all our deals now. Will have been dealing with huge corporation lawyers and huge amounts of money/deals for a long time so won't be intimidated by the amounts been mentioned. There will be no more "little Sunderland " or " know your place in the pecking order" when clubs coming calling for our assets. Never felt more confident in my life that we won't be robbed and the deals will benefit us more than the buying club.
KLDs lawyers wont be doing any of tjhe deals,..they dont have the time as they their employer might object.
They are non executives at SAFC..that means they attend baord meetings and nothing else.
Do they even have the legal status to work on legal agreements in the UK?

Let’s be honest, all of this is assumption on your part

"However, because Tottenham inserted a 40 per cent sell-on clause when Clarke moved to the Stadium of Light, Sunderland may not get back the money they paid for him."

Shows how stupid the report is when they're trying to claim we paid an eight figure fee for him or to suggest that we'd sell him without getting any profit.

Great source of info this article.

"However, because Tottenham inserted a 40 per cent sell-on clause when Clarke moved to the Stadium of Light, Sunderland may not get back the money they paid for him"

How much do they think we signed him for?

We paid around 1 million for him not 11 million the absolute tools.

Clarke wasn't arsed about Burnley last summer, I think he'll feel the same about Ipswich.
He'll probably want a more established Premier league side if he has the option.

Saying that, if they offer 20m I think the club will take it.
