Regis le Bris - confirmed

Do you think a bad manager in a good setup more likely to succeed than a good manager in a bad setup?

Not defending Beale, but the situation he came into was a hospital pass.

This summer is all about getting the structure right, and tbh, I think that is more important to what RLB is like as a coach.

I think a good manager in a bad setup can overcome as we have seen with certain teams.
I disagree with Beale though. Under TM things were not that bad, but under Beale and then Dodds they just got worse.

Why was it a hospital pass?

He will be at the stadium shop meeting fans tomorrow won’t he?

He came into a club in a play off position, it was a job beyond his wildest dreams

More likely than not, but not as certain as many are saying IMO.
After the past few months I'd be surprised if his value hasn't dropped a bit and there's no hints of any serious interest. There'll be offers but they'll be below what we should be selling him for. And I get the feeling we aren't desperate for cash and will be demanding his worth- which we can get better in January after he has played well as part of a winning team for a few months and some teams realise they really do need to pay over 20 million for him.
Hope you're right.
