T20 World Cup 2024

Glad we’re through to the semis, but I’ve had very little interest in this competition from the getgo. World Cups should be every four years. Too much of a good thing and all that.
Agree wholeheartedly. Once upon a time before T20's there was a 50 over world cup every 4 years and it meant something. Now it feels like a World cup every year not only do I struggle to remember them all. It's hard to get invested.

Saying that, I've watched most of the games even the 1:30am ones. I've liked the sub 150 pitches, batting cream always rises for me. Which make Kohli's struggles even more surprising, funny but surprising.
Fancy an Afghan win . They must be buzzing after their Aussie result and they have Rashid khan
They'll win that for me. It'll be a kick in the balls if Aussies beat India mind.

Agreed. Got to think they will be buzzing .

India have barely broken sweat so far . This will be their first big tester

I dunno, the Paks should have beaten them easily in their match.

Flat track bullies for me. This is about the time in the tournament where they start to feel the pressure.

Sounds mad but I'd rather play them in the semi's than the final.

I know what you mean, but like this is just the future for international white ball cricket, very little bilateral or T20

all the big players here and its not franchise shite, been a good one this, 20 teams and the format has worked well, lots of jeapordy

Hoping the windies win later now. Would be good for the tournament and cricket in the region
Agreed, but I would have mixed feelings if South Africa missed out. It would be rough luck, given their winning streak. There again, they’ve flattered to deceive, somehow.
