Sounds a bit like Beale at QPRMaybe but looking at the results it was a freak run of 8 wins in his first 10 games, which is very impressive but then 14 wins in 62 after that.
Good start then found out

That's fair enough then mate. Completely understandable to be pissed off at the sheer amount of time it's took them.I’m at the club here mate , not the new man.
Moyes? Got us relegated and then got West Ham out of the relegation spots, followed by 2 European finishes and a trophy in one of thoseAfter he saved us from relegation then got us promoted.
Slight difference!

Exactly. He certainly isn’t setting the world on fire but not sure his appointment warrants loads of fume before he’s had a chance here. Especially with this coaching changes comingInteresting stats cheers, we don't know the ins and outs of what has been going on there over the last 2-4 years also i suppose, there could be excuses and circumstances.
Moyes who had also done a great job at Everton prior? Good enough to land the Man Utd role?Moyes? Got us relegated and then got West Ham out of the relegations spots, followed by 2 European finishes and a trophy in one of those
Kick and rushAnyone know anything about his tactics?

@Blyth As you appear to be the head cheerleader for everything the club does could you answer a couple of questions please?
1. Had you heard of this lad prior to the thread / rumours starting?
2. What does he bring to the club in terms of coaching, tactics etc
Thanks in advance
That’s when they were overperforming their xG iirc, which didn’t continue and results levelled offMaybe but looking at the results it was a freak run of 8 wins in his first 10 games, which is very impressive but then 14 wins in 62 after that.
Just gonna put it out there like, all of these people who are unhappy with the appointment / the club / haven’t said a positive word in months.. Totally understand why and you’ve every right to feel like that to a degree. However, what we need now is a united fanbase pulling in the same direction and getting behind the team and manager after the last 6 months. If you’re gonna turn up to moan / complain at every misplaced pass (as plenty did in Beale’S first game) or actively try to make a mockery of everything the club does / says on social media then you’re not helping anything or anyone. I get the impression some on here are actively hoping this fails so they get their wish in terms of more pressure on KLD / Speakman. It’s not about accepting mediocrity or ‘clapping’ or whatever it’s labeled as, it’s just wanting to see us do well in every game and at any given chance. That won’t happen if people have such a negative mindset to everything which is clearly an issue at the moment.
He might have read your posts on here tbf mateI kid you not , am sat in the sportsbook in Paris casino Las Vegas , watching the game. Guy next to me is French ( here for wsop same as me ). I say “ oh your French we just hired “ Regis Le Bris “ .
Oh my god he says “ he is really really bad “. Then he said a few French phrases that I didn’t get, whilst shaking his head .

Yes, but why have a go at fans for expressing concerns that the current regime has lost the plot?eh? It did, it was a f***ing disaster. The owner said he'd learned from past mistakes, now he's showing that maybe he has?
All the shite spouted on here about cheap option, has to work with Dodds and Procter, only signing youth etc etc..
He still got his team relegated. That was exactly your argument 'f***ing hell, employing a bloke that just got relegated' well Leverkusen did and won the league at a canter, Bayern Munich just have, West Ham did and got into Europe, Newcastle did and got to the Champions League.I know you're excited tonight, but he also got Sociedad B promoted from the third tier so not all bad. Plus again he was an elite player, having previously played in the Bundesliga, so again it's not really comparable.
Because Still played football manager I think.Genuine question why were so many eager to get Still in but seem to be furious about this appointment?
