That’s entirely possible to be honest. I dont know the details of how the WP regs work for managers - but this fella has managed less than 80 games in his career, so can’t have accumulated many “points” for the purposes of a WP application.

TBF he wanted to leave Lorient awhile ago due to differences but the board rejected his request. Before there relegation he was their most successful manager in some time.

This fella at least has the benefit of being a complete mystery/unknown to most of us.

Beale was different - because of the coverage of SPL in England, his time at QPR, and the affinity many SAFC fans have with Rangers - Beale was a pretty well known quantity, especially in terms of his demeanour/attitude. Many people just knew from the outset, that they didn’t like Michael Beale.

That difference, should buy Le Bris a bit more time, relatively speaking.
