Regis le Bris - confirmed

Apparently not, they reckon he’s staying at Lorient but that’s just what’s being said at their end, not ours.
I’m not sure that’s HIS assistant. I posted the article before he had 4 at lorient apparently 😂 some promoted some joined. The one that’s staying has only been with him for 18 games

Meh
Is what it is
It’s clear it was never going to be an ambitious appointment
All comes down to recruitment ultimately no matter who gets job
Another batch of nowhere near ready bairns must managers will fail

If people look past the one fact that Lorient got relegated by one single goal despite the fact they got there best players hawked off them and lost a fair few to the African cup of nations then they will see this is quite a good appointment (on paper)

This is worth a read.

I’m not sure it was worth a read if this was to convince anyone this would be a good appointment.
It’s a bit long winded but the stats seem to indicate they don’t press high up and the majority of their possession is in their own half. They briefly had a purple patch which saw them rise to 2nd in his first season but ended mid table and then relegated the 2nd season.
It would be an awful appointment given the wait.

why do you view this as a not ambitious appointment...we are paying compo for him..the experts on here said we wont be doing that as we have no ambition
