He got promoted internally from youth teams to first team coach, chances are that coach is like a Mike Dodds who was already there, correct me if I’m wrong I’ve not checked

The bottom two were involved with RLB in youth setup. The other came in and was with him for 76 games at first team but idk if it was his choice or clubs.

When he first got the job his staff were detailed there. Had like 3/4 assistant coaches so I reckon they’re just first team coaches and the French label it different
