Obvious that he didn't like what he heard in the first interview so didn't see the point in going for the 2nd. It looks like a pattern has emerged with candidates initially being interested, but then run a mile when they get told about the structure they'll have to fit into.

The "communication silence" doesn't bother me, as no club really talks about targets coming in. They've made a mess of it all, would never say otherwise or defend that side of it. Its farcical we haven't got anyone in and basically let Still just drag it out. If we actually kept interviewing others, we should have had a back up plan. Thays where they've failed massively and practically started searching again after Still said no.
