u need to give ya head a wobble and like ya said the club is. ashit show a don’t know who u expect no one will touch us but with the season coming close and the transfer window now open we need an appointment fast

Lampard has been a big name player and a mediocre manager.

I am hate the way our club is being run. The cynic in me tells me that Lampard is a simply a big footballing name brought that will be brought in to pacify our fan base.

But look at it this way, the club are not prepared to spend money. We are looking people that are out of contract to avoid compensating other clubs.

And let's face it, Lampard is that wealthy he could work for nowt. I suspected he will be on low wages, but that's a shot to nothing to him, especially if finally make his name in management by doing something here.

Sad thing, I would take him. It's either him or an unproven manager trying his hand.

People saying his time at derby was a failure is mental. Yes he had a good squad but that was an unbelievably competitive championship. He lost the final 2-1 to villa who had McGinn, Grealish and Tammy Abraham starting.

He wouldn’t be my first choice but he hasn’t been the abject failure people are making out and crucially for me he has got something to prove.

Yeah he’s only done badly at places like the end at Derby and Everton which were basket cases at the time whereas we are…..ah……yes…..that might be a problem then….

He was sacked after leaving them in 19th, only above Southampton on goal difference. He was appalling.

I'm struggling to see any positives all if they're looking at bringing him in. Strikes me as a total panic appointment and one that will have us scrapping around the bottom end of the table again. Would obviously love to be wrong and don't have anything against him, just think he's a shite manager.
