If he doesn’t want to move home then can’t he just temporarily stay locally to his employer and drive home when he isn’t required?
 
The issue is they won’t learn and tweak accordingly to get who they want they’ll double down on their belief on The staff structure, budget, only recruit kids mantra
I actually feel sorry for whoever comes in now
 
You'd have to question the sanity of any Coach who is willing to bow down to the terms and conditions that we are demanding.
Unless there's fundamental changes sharpish we're on a hiding to nothing.
