Liam Rosenior

Or someone

After we appointed Beale Speakman did one of the RAWA meetings.

When asked if they will appoint coaches a head coach might want (assistants/training etc) Speakman said he would need to have conversations to see if there’s a ‘synergy’ where the head coach can work with us which seems liked a way of saying we wouldn’t let them have staff and if they don’t like it they wouldn’t get the job.

Then Beale came in and kept banging on about alignment. Aligned. Just repeating it over and over and Dodds was promoted.

It’s being reported now managers aren’t happy with staffing issues or working with Speakman (which is delaying the process) and there’s probably something in what Speakman said in the RAWA meeting to give an idea.

In other words a yes man to speakman dodds & Proctor quicker the 3 stooges clear off the better

Unless the redevelop the SOL and put the front entrance at the back and have the back at the front, so it is built the reet way around, I'll never be happy. I've always thought it was built the wrong way around.
Nee body hardly see's the front when ganning to the match, it should stand out in in glory like the Wizard of Oz throne room does when Dorothy, the Lion, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the little dog finally found it.
I’ve never thought about this till now but you are absolutely correct 😂

Don’t know exactly but it’s something they are so closed to budging on, they would rather appoint Beale then sack a season off in Feb (because they realised a month prior with Beale nobody was wanting it) than adjust.

It's possible, but ask yourself the reason the Club would walk away from someone they're interested in as hiring to be new manager / head coach ?
There’s plenty of reasons why a potential employer might walk away from the table during a recruitment process. That’s why you have a recruitment process. We can all have view on which is the more likely here, but without concrete evidence they are both perfectly possible.

I'd say its more probable that candidates are turning us down, especially with the amount of candidates that have been linked and we still haven't appointed anyone.

Would personally be happy with Rosenior, like the way he tries to be positive and plays football. Seems like a canny bloke as well. Guessing the narrative that he plays negative football is based on the score lines against us last season and little else. Similar thing happened with Burnley playing 'boring' football because we drew 0-0 down there the other year.

Possession football always gets a bad rap when things don't go right but keeping the ball isn't negative. Man City volley every team all over the park racking up more goals than just about anyone but because they then turn up at the Emirates in a big game with a slightly less adventurous play style they're apparently always very boring.

There is, remove the restrictions or people that are causing managers to turn the job down
Yes, there is that.
Also though, there could be reasons that are uncontrollable - as in not premier league etc, or another club being more 'attractive' for whatever reason.
