If it was prompted by that maybe he should have said any appointment isn’t imminent😂
We just have to accept they run things on the ad hoc, and any announcements/ promises have to be taken with a massive pinch of salt

Surely will be announced today. How long does it take to interview the same candidates over and over again. We will be trying to penny pinch over the contracts on the table no doubt

So a non statement statement. Which is pretty counterproductive as all is does is give the impression they are out of their depth when an appointment doesn’t come within say a week

KLD and those running the club have proved to be very competent in their incompetence,been proved without a doubt over the last year or so

gotta be something in the terms and conditions of the offers they are putting forward to managers. They travel round more than players since most are sacked after a couple of years, so I can’t see the actually moving being a issue

Which would indicate to me either the back room team element is not what any new manager wants and/or the player buying budget/ input from hc/ or the whole damn shooting match has red flags all over to new appointees.

If this lot are determined to keep buying pre pubescent foreign teens that let’s be honest aren’t the cream of the youth market without taking on board they aren’t working out, any HC with half an ounce of ambition is gonna think fuck that

Was always the case. It was to appease the masses ahead of potential bad news
 
Whilst you can blame the club for the length of time, you can’t blame them for taking Still at his word.

What we all need to hope now is that they’ve realised how much they’re crippling any potential candidate and change the model.
 
KLD must be pretty embarrassed. He has shown himself up to be incredibly naive and amateurish.

100+ days and half a season written off to get your man and then he’s gone elsewhere. These bunch of f***ing amateurs are so frighteningly out of their depth.

It doesn't even need changing that much but if they're insisting on Dodds and Proctor being assistant and 1st team coach they're getting it massively wrong.

They’re not changing a thing and we are staring relegation in the face next season.

The players are meant to be coming for pre-season training in a couple of weeks aren’t they?

Agreed. If that’s what’s required for him to get his thumb out of his arse and make something decent happen here for the first time in 18 months, then so be it.

And by decent, I will settle for a non-backwards step right now.
