Nobody should be complaining about Cifuentes if it is him. QPR had 8 points from 12 games IIRC when he came in. He averaged 1.5 points per game, which is exactly our average when we finished 6th, and he had a much worse squad.

You could well be right but it would be crazy to miss out on the right man due to compensation unless it was crazy money. Seriously we should be prepared to pay the same kind of money for the right head coach as we would be for a player. The owners have seen the impact of having the wrong head coach(es) in charge last season and how it brings everyone down.
