Forthcoming gigs.

Superb night last night in Sheffield at Liam Gallagher gig
Agreed, really enjoyed it, thought his voice was great once they turned the volume up after Rock n Roll star!
Fade Away was my fav
Crowd was a little subdued I thought, I told my daughter (no) it would be pretty rough at the front but it was a bit weird - suppose its different age group/mentality with phones etc from years ago

Think a few in the crowd seemed to be unaware it was all going to be DM and were expecting Wonderwall, Champagne Supernova etc

Black Deer Festival coming up next week, with Bonamassa and the kid from over the road!
Fae as Folk album launch in Brighton on 3rd July.
Phat Gandalf @ Feastival Tankerton on 27th July.
Cardinal Black @ Shepherds Bush 11th Oct.
Marc Broussard @ Camden 18th Oct.

Richard Hawley tomorrow night @ De Montford Hall in Leicester.
James next week in Brum (not too fussed about this one as seen them plenty of times, but my brother-in-law and his missus treated us to tickets.....as it's their favorite 'new' band )

Never been to the Engine Room in North Shields before, but canny little venue, maybe 60 people max. Saw Scott Lavene play there last night, and it was the most fun gig I've been to in a long while.
Did Nev Clay get through many songs? Last time I saw him I think he chatted so much he only managed two.
