On the other hand it's a tight competition with only 2 points for a win so a few wins could turn it around. However that seems impossible based on what has occurred in the 2 opening games.

Wasnt too bad in the County Durham Stand late on, Highlight being the lad on his stag trying to get the mexican wave going, didnt take much to be more entertaining than the game

As some one posted above, for years weve tried to restrict teams to one 140-160ish but rarely chased it, or batted first and posted low totals, so i dont seem to see the point in signing All rounders and bowlers for this format, need batters who can see us score 160+ regularly, was the last time we reached the quarters when D'Arcy Short was signed, never got a big score but would see us off to a flyer and we'd be 50 from the PP

Other points from Friday, ground needs womens changing rooms if were going to have our own team from next year and the double headers may be more regular, Actually felt sorry for the Girls some of them having to almost undress on the field to get pads on, then having to walk to sports centre, even saw one of the south east stars lasses have to leave the field and use the ladies public toilet in block 13

Beer has gone up again, sure it wasnt £6 last year, although they were charging the students £6.25 at their end,

Very much like Cardiff a soulless bowl. 6000 good attendance but at only a quid blimey that's poor really. Thanks for the easy 2 points.
