Showed enough in glimpses last season to suggest that there could be a very good player in there in the future but in terms of his all-round play I think he’s at least 2 or 3 year off being ready to make the step up to the Premier League.

Well that certainly appears to be the current model. I just hope player recruitment will be better than it has been for the past 12 months

I don't think the current model was meant to be (in many people's eyes) sell after one season, though. Especially given the recent recruitment

Agree with Clarke but come on, Jobe played up front for a big chunk of the season and played almost every minute of 45 league games, I think we should be able to replace his 7 goal contribution. Whether we will is still open to debate given our recent recruitment record!
