This lad will be up there with the likes of Henderson in years to come.

What are you basing that on? What is he good at?

He doesn’t seem to excel at anything in particular.

I’m not being a dick btw, just interested in how the people who really rate him see him.

I wouldn't be selling him yet. A small profit now or a much larger one in a couple of seasons time if he progresses as we hope he will.

Yes, if we have such a thing as a "model" it's meant to involve getting young players in, developing them, and selling them when their value peaks so that we can afford more talented youngsters and so on.

Jobe, rightly or wrongly, already has a reputation due to his brother. On top of that, at 18, he's played virtually every game in the championship and been our second highest scorer (I know, not hard etc, but still). For a breakout season he's done really well and the smart money will be on his value increasing quite a lot in the next few years.

If we cash in on him now for a comparatively low amount (especially since we've no doubt given Birmingham a cracking deal when we sell him on in return for a lower initial cost) then it's pointless. Sell the decent ones too early for less than maximum value, be lumbered with the shite that never kicks on and never contributes and we'll only go one way

Got a hell of a shot, a great pass, can stick a tackle in, is very good in the air and is strong.

Oh and is 18 and will only get better.
