Your Durham Xl to start T20 campaign.

Durham 12/1 to win the nirthern group with only Derbyshire and Leicestershire a bigger price.
Personally i don't think the northern group is that strong this year with the usual big two lancs and Notts looking weaker than normal.
Quite fancy us to get a top 4 finish but have thought that before and its gone pear shaped.

Just watched an interview with Campbell and he said beddingham will come into the mix if they progress to the knockout stages.
It doesn't specify on the announcements or the ECB site when we have Turner/Dwarshius for.

But most of the other Aussies on this list are available until June/July. So makes sense when the tournament starts the 30th May and ends the 14th September :lol:

think its mad Stokes could potentially be sat twiddling his thumbs until early July when the tests start, surely keep some overs in his legs, the Odd T20 here and there, especially the earlier rounds, you'd think Durham would be doing all they can to persuade the ECB to let him, an absolutely massive ticket draw

See post 9 @GordonMuchallNo1Fan says he's heard we have him for another CC game.

so will be play blast games up until that date? youd like to think so
We play 8 blast games between the 30/05-21/06

Then break for 2 CC games Essex (A) 23/06-27/06 and Worcs (H) 30/06-03/07

Then back to Blast for 6 games 05/07-19/07 to complete the group stage.

England 1st Test against Windies begins the 10/07. So they'd not want him breaking down against Worcs.

He'll play Vs Essex in the CC

Does anyone know if you are allowed to take dogs into the ground for T20 games? Looking after a friends dog all weekend, so ideally take it rather than leaving it for hours

I believe there is a "dog pass" you can buy. It did cost £10 for the whole season. This is for all games, not just T20.
Personally, I wouldn't take a dog to the T20's due to size of crowd, noise, music, etc, etc.

Crazy to think that we are going to have the top county run scorer and one of the most destructive batters on the circuit sitting on his hands for the next month.

Could he not ask to be sent out on loan to another county if he isn't wanted by Durham?

Since he only has roughly a year left on his contract I doubt Durham will want him anywhere near another county. He's basically getting paid to have a month long summer holiday, not bad for some.

Aye, we can't afford to get membership card printed or open the stands for county games but we can afford to pay turner to replace our best batsman ...
