mowbray's seems to become apparent to clubs only after he left..
blackburn havent finished higher in the league than they did under him..
sunderlad finished significantly lower in the league than uner him..
his replacement at birmighahm done nowt..

he cant be in charge of any club..he has an active company insolvency on his record, or soon to be on his recorfd, s automaticlaly fails the owner and director test...he knows that, so do the media-yet they still let him on because he generates coverage for them from fans of stricken cljbs looking for hope
