~I still don't understand, do you think they at are deliberately working to prevent play? Why would they say it is unplayable when it wasn't?
 
Surrey win by an innings against Hampshire.

We'll be 21 points behind come the end of the day.

As we only play them once our title push might be tough!

This totally, they cant get more bonus points, they have a second innings in hand, so why not try to bowl us out, doesnt make sense, happy they are batting on , well have the draw thanks.

This. It's tedious but good craic with folk I haven't seen over the winter but utterly bizarre from Essex this. 64 overs left in the day and the lead is 110. Just declare

Think it was daft too not pushing a bit more, seem to be now but dont understand why it wasn't like this from first ball of the day. Maybe looking at a 150ish lead and have 55 or so overs to try and bowl us out?
 
Just declare man, what's the point in batting at this stage with the likes of Harmer. Surely you want to try and force a win even if there is just a small chance
