Anar he’s a young lad but what an absolute Pansy he is . Bottles so many tackles. Taught from a young age not to do as can come off worse.

His age doesn’t save him cause Clarke is about the same age and he’s brave.

He’s not good enough to be this pirlo type player he sees himself as so needs to toughen up or he’s going nowhere fast

The 50/50 he pulled out of in the 2nd half was a disgrace. It was probably more like 60/40 in his favour. Shame because he's a big lad but he certainly doesn't like to get stuck in.

He’s been like that since the very beginning. Those initial substitute appearances he made showed he wasn’t willing or able to use his physique to be competitive and tenacious. He started to win me over in the home play off match against Luton where he was magnificent (the rest of the team weren’t first half). However, I think he has been really average ever since. I think our midfield is a real problem area. They’re not mobile, physical or creative enough IMO

Wants to sit in front of the back 4 and spray the ball about so he hasn't got to do as much running further up the pitch where he's much more effective. Obsessed with little one-two's in tight areas and 'punching' it through the lines instead of just keeping the ball

There's a player in there but he needs his hand held by an experienced, quality holding midfielder.

Apart from a couple of good months at the beginning of this season he has been pretty crap, I think that’s his level unfortunately.

He seems to have regressed since Mowbray left (there's a theme there with some of our players). Still our third top scorer this season.
Yep. Mowbray an excellent coach but also Dodds having less time to do his day job of coaching players on the training pitch

He doesn't have the right mentality to put his body on the line and use his strength and size. This will restrict him from ever becoming the type of player he could be.

Imagine Rigg was built like Ekwah, he'd be lifting people left right and centre
