They're starting a female mental health group in the Beacon soon and I was asked to suggest a name. I thought of Haway and Slay. Don't know if that will appeal to all but my daughter thought I was cool for using the word slay 😁
I'm not against being tested for Autism but isn't it really difficult to actually get the appointments to get it done? My son isn't officially diagnosed but all his teachers from nursery to year 2 have told us they think he is. I am 39 so the last paragraph is relatable to me.

I totally sympathise, but gradually you'll be able to go for a drink. People are remarkably friendly if they see someone alone in a quiet bar, just build yourself up to it. For your starter just go somewhere for a beer then develop it from there. You won't be the only one sitting on your own. Then it's purely up to you who you want to talk to. If you're in need of speaking to someone sit at the bar, the barstaff will always speak to open the chat.

Plenty of exercise. When you feel like that try going for a walk. Stay off the drink and more sleep.

There are an incredible amount of people though that understand your position and wouldn’t put any unnecessary pressure on you.

My best technique is distraction technique, it'snot for everybody. Please don't laugh I paint cheap wooden trays and upscale cheap bits of small wooden furniture. Takes concentration. One person I was in group with crochets. Find something, honestly it's a tried and tested technique. Same as exercise but for when we can't drag ourselves outside. Tidying is a good one. Probably no help whatsoever but next time you in the UK I will gift you a tray with Scottish treats in them 😉

Sorry it's off topic but we were looking at flights for the wedding and debating direct with Logan Air or via Amsterdam with KLM. The main consideration was you get a Tunnocks caramel wafer on Logan Air which we decided is better than a stroopwaffle on KLM 😂
