SoL To Undergo Multi-Million-Pound Investment Programme

They're putting in a new undersoil heating system, so the relaying of the pitch will be lumped in with that project.

Incrementally improving isn't maintenance, keeping the status quo would be maintenance.
I may put you in touch with our auditors as they have been wrong for years it seems.
Year 3 of 5 year plan. Established Championship Club building towards a serious attempt to reach the Premiership and more importantly achieve a sustainable place there. Investment in the Ground. Reorganisation to provide safe standing. All sounds good to me. The Owners will never satisfy everyone and we all want more but they are much more palatable to me than their predecessors.
The predecessors who had no cash so raised debt to fund ongoing expenditure?

Nothing in there about toilets, running water, somewhere to stand on the concourse without being drenched by leaking water from above. You know, basics.

As part of the continued upkeep of the stadium, the Club will also be engaging with the Supporters’ Collective to undertake a walkaround of the facility to identify any outstanding maintenance points to ensure they are addressed as part of the Club’s summer improvement programme.

The Club will also be engaging with supporters to monitor and review the impact of these developments, as we consider and implement additional long-term stadium improvements.

Agree mate, but there was NEVER any atmosphere in the north stand...that's why me and the lads moved from there, after yrs of trying to get an atmosphere going..we used to get looked at like we all had 2 heads if you started chanting.
I’ve heard chants starting in the North Stand this season.
