SoL To Undergo Multi-Million-Pound Investment Programme

The loan is a very normal business practice surely?

KLD level of cash liquidity for the ultra rich, estimated to frequently between 2-10%, and working off his estimated £2bn he’s likely to have £40m - £200m

If the poor lad only has £40m in his Monzo account it’s understandable he ain’t spending a quarter of it on a spruce up!

Year 3 of 5 year plan. Established Championship Club building towards a serious attempt to reach the Premiership and more importantly achieve a sustainable place there. Investment in the Ground. Reorganisation to provide safe standing. All sounds good to me. The Owners will never satisfy everyone and we all want more but they are much more palatable to me than their predecessors.

They really should have made the North Stand the “proper” home end again.

This would have allowed around 5,000 safe-standing spaces to be installed in the Lower section. The larger number of standing spaces would have helped create an even better noise.
I’d agree with that. I’d like to see a proper lower and upper tiered home end with standing. I’d hate to move anyone but to me it makes the most sense.

it wasd under durmaville i cam abroad..the drumaville of quinny..im a family friend of one of those owners and met several..
so short renting plants was an example of waste...not of running the stadium properly..
the colour of the seats faded under short..they were pink..
maybe if he bought seats ratehr than rent plants that would have helped
Yes the seats faded but the east stand which the seats were replaced by bain demonstrate the difference in detail and quality of the work done under bain... all the the details are shaded (to look 3d)by black seats and looks the bees knees and looks professional ...donald bought a load of job lot white and red seats to make stripes and didnt notice you couldnt do that so thats why there are white corners that look shite! There is no shading on the lettering and it looks non league to me!short spent money on upkeep of the stadium ,donald didnt and KLD hasnt reached the minimum standard required to say otherwise is changing history! You have been a supporter since 2006 ish then so why wait to join on here in 2018??

They'll need a proper overhaul of the first team squad to have a serious attempt at promotion.

Just to add the seats in the North and East lower have now reverted back to 'pink' so in keeping with this new progress off the field they could do with being changed again.

I was reading somewhere that the old audi car sales place opposite the east stand was garna be something of a football arcade gaming place, not sure if that was just a rumour tbh

Just to play devil’s advocate perhaps the various owners setting his responsibilities and job objectives who also monitor his effectiveness have been happy with his performance 🤔
This is a largely irrelevant point imo. I know for certain if I had a similar role at Newcastle I’d be the perfect appointment 99.9% of the time. But in the 0.1% I’d be undermining them every single way I could. Whether my professional integrity is lacking or not is maybe up for debate but in the grand scheme of things I’d love nothing more than to see them implode.
