It depends on the state of the kitchen and bathroom though doesnt it and its effect on the valuation..if your house dont sell and the feedback is the kitchen and bathroom is putting people off its a no brainer.............although anything will sell at the right price.

with this latest news, does this squash all the rumours that KLD is selling up? or as that been done "behind the scenes" and a new "soon to be announced" owner is leading the upgrade to SOL

Aye but I bet the usual lot will be along soon to put the hammer down and call it BS, The same lot who will spin the stadium getting a clean up (because it is a massive dump) and should have been done years ago as a moral victory :lol:

It's incredibly rare to get that level of spend back via an increased purchase price. Most buyers will simply rip the things out and go again irrespective of age.

It's a problem with the PA when there's nothing coming out of the speakers nearby. On the very rare occasions that they work it's pretty loud and also very clear but more often than not there's absolutely nothing coming out of them and that's when we get nothing but muffled and muddied sounds.

I got told 30mill..and 14 days ago posted, hinting about it in accounts thread. 'Oily, Oily, Oily' posted aswel about it, he got told £25mill. Another poster posted Saturday night about it...i got told basically i was attention seeking and being used to spread bullshit by 2 certain posters...🤔🤔

The police won’t allow it so it’ll never happen in our lifetime.

The police’s priority is filtering the fans in and out the stadium without the potential to meet each other. The away fan coaches just being outside the north upper turnstiles achieves that.

From 2018 it became mandatory for premier league clubs to put their away fans pitch side however the police override any regulation as they’re the law and they overruled St James Park and Old Trafford and would have done the same for Sunderland if they were still in the Premier league

So basically stop asking, it’ll never happen.
