SoL To Undergo Multi-Million-Pound Investment Programme

Always found it a bit odd why people kick off about the PA system like. It works fine and you can hear what you need to hear
Be complaining it’s too loud next season
After hearing national anthems being played on the PA at Roker Park, I'll never complain about the PA at the SOL

Whole thing is a positive……dropped in just before the season ticket renewals are due
You only find it odd because it works where you sit. It's barely worked all season where I sit and I can rarely make out what's being announced.

I'm sure I saw a post from the Hettonbot earlier this morning, can't find it now, concerning when the renewal emails would be out , included something about " explaining" the new pricing structure.

Pa and flood lights seem OK anyway

Standing bit sounds canny but it's not for me and I could be moved from my seat of 20 plus years

How could you be moved? If you’ve had your seat for more than 20 years then there’s no chance it will be affected by the safe standing

TBF we did tours of the Etihad and Old Trafford recently and that's pretty much what they said they had done to their pitches.
so they just stitched up the with the present grass that was in place?......if you look on the websites of these manufacturers they have a stich up system to the present grass and a complete overhall system that involves the sub base which last much much longer than the patch up .......when they did the sol they did say it would need updating in a year or so.

That's not a problem with the PA, it's a problem with the acoustic in the ground. In the local Catholic cathedral near me, a choir can sound perfect from one set, and aural mud five seats to the left.

Why is there SO MUCH anger on here?

If we ever became as successful as Man City, how would our more volatile fans vent their pent up frustrations?

I think a lot of wives, pets and children would end up getting battered
