Hemir

What stands out to me is he doesn’t look like he’s giving his all. He just strolls about.

That's my biggest issue I have with him, as a false 9 relying on wingers for goals you're not getting much service but Rusyn will run and drag defenders out of position to try get the team a goal, Hemir simply can't be arsed.

Even at 3-0 down to Newcastle Rusyn was still running, Hemir can't be arsed at 0-0 vs QPR

If we are to persist I'd not send him to league 1 or 2, in u21s he doesn't look up to it. I'd loan him to a Portuguese club to get him back home and possibly pick him up. He's a young lad and is nowhere near a starter. Perhaps going back will do him good, he's on a 5 year contract?

After today I’d be genuinely surprised if he made a football career at any half decent level. It’s beggars belief that he’s starting games for us. I appreciate that most would sooner develop our own players over loan players, but I’d banish him from the first team squad and stick with Burstow.

Hemir won’t ever score a professional goal for us unless it bounces in off his arse. He’s f***ing pony.

Dont be silly mate - as much Ive said lay off him and the rest of the young'ns, he has absolutely no positional sense at all...when to run and where to run to...he was totally lost the poor lad - he is an awful centre forward and should be no where near the first team at this level

I don't disagree he'd be a solid 3rd choice at most, and I do feel sorry for him and a few others for that reason, but I genuinely thought today wasn't too bad. As I say, I think it's fairly objective we were worse without him on the pitch, despite how anyone thought he played.

I have slagged him off in the past like, I'm not just defending him for the sake of it. We're desperate for a striker and a centre midfielder in the summer.

I'm not going to lie, I thought he was decent at Preston away at the beginning of the season. He made some good runs and there just didn't seem to be the links with our midfielders to make the final pass.

I do wonder if there's confidence issues there. But at the very least he's a few years away from being good enough. Needs a few more seasons in junior football.

There are massive confidence issues, the lad knows we know, it’s not fair on him

Wasn’t too bad today? Sorry mate, I’m generally a glass half full kinda guy, but that was pathetic from him today.

He has no footballing intelligence, no movement, no idea on how to use his physicality, lazy as fuck and couldn’t trap wind. I feel for him being thrown in the deep end, but the club just needs to accept they’ve made a mistake and keep him away from the football pitch.

I’m not defending the performance but not sure who the lad is meant to be learning off at the moment. No experience in the squad.

That's a fair point. Look how much Defoe brought Maja on. The young learn from the experienced in every walk of life, then eventually take on the mantle themselves. They need good, older heads around them to get the best out of them.

Kld is too focused on the bottom line figure to see the intangible benefits, which would ironically bring I'm more profit in the longer term.

What a difference Moore and m'vila would have made (if there was genuine interest) as well as keeping Pritchard and maybe batth. Out wage bill would have been higher but our wasting chattels would have been more valuable .

If we agree to disagree on his performance today - we've only got Burstow that would keep him away from the football pitch. I know who I'd rather have starting.

We certainly did get worse after he went off today. Not saying he was great, he was OK, nobody but Patterson was great for SAFC, but he was one of our better players. Whether that says more about him, or the team around him I'm not sure.
