I think Dodds is too nice, too close and pally with the players. We need someone to kick arses and get them focused not someone to be their bessie mate.

Dodds is the constant tho, it’s the coach who is supposed to work on those things, and he’s the coach surely. All the mikes should have done one, clear out the entire back room staff and start afresh cos this is shite.
