My mate was a prison officer and worked alongside Alan Brown.
When Alan’s son Chris was 16/17 he got caught pinching a bottle of milk from someone’s doorstep and got a warning from Plod.
2 weeks later Alan and Chris came to my mates house. He offered them tea or coffee. Asked Chris what he’d prefer to which Chris said “ Tea, please “
My mate asked him “ Do you take milk, Chris ? “ Followed 5 seconds later by following up with a cheeky “ Of course you do !”
We pissed ourselves laughing, Chris not so much.
