Forthcoming gigs.

Got a few in March and April, The Stairs, Daintees, Eliza Carthy, James Skelly & Nick Power if The Coral at the Union Chapel. Mike Scott talking about This Is The Sea in February. Bit gutted The Stairs clashes with The Mary Wallopers.

Beautiful set from Teddy Thompson and his band tonight at the Fire Station which was somewhat blighted by the couple sitting behind me who turned up completely off their tits. Was just about tolerating them chatting and their incomprehensible shouted 'bants' but then the woman hoyed up all over the floor. Absolutely stank the place out.

If that was you in DD38/39 you should be f***ing ashamed of yourselves.

I was down the front so was oblivious to any commotion but that was a top class set from Teddy Thompson.

Agreed. Was actually expecting him to be solo so the band was a big bonus, as were the support.

DD is 4th row but you might have heard him shouting a completely unintelligible request!

Back tomorrow for a chucklefest with Ed Byrne talking about his brother's death!!

Depeche Mode last night. They were good but they didn’t wow me and it was way too hot in the arena but apparently that’s Dave likes it like that 🙄

Going to Sting & Blondie with the MIL in the Summer, no-one else wanted to go so I did the gentlemanly thing and said I would.
Listened to some Sting last few days as I'm not really a fan and I'm not overly impressed tbh! But he might grow on me.
Anyway will be a good day out and I like Blondie.
