In some ways we’ve been ok against a good side, but we have this continuous issue of not being balanced as we don’t have a cohesive XI so the players never know how the game will pan out from one week to the next

He has some talent and natural ability.

But his brain is too slow. You can see him taking the extra touch and not knowing whether to pass or shoot and the ball is either nicked away or closed down.

Still young and I hope he can be taught how to be more clinical but I have my doubts.
 
Ba did well to set up JC for our goal, we looked comfortable, then a brainfart in defense and midfield and they get a gift, we need to be quicker at closing down that lad they have on the right wing as he is running rings around Alese. I think Rusyn for Jobe 2nd half, the ref is having a decent game too.
 
Not a bad half imo. Jobe, when he was up there has done really well, won most headers and made it stick. Ba, after a shaky start has the beating of that Edmundson all night.
Ekwah however, simply isn’t a holding midfielder. If he plays, he needs to be ahead of Neil.
 
The couple of times Jobe has stuck to his position, he has actually got in behind and held the ball up well. Some of the balls behind their defenders have been really good so far.

Well we can't win it seems. People are raging if we hit it direct/long and complain if we try to play it out.

I think we've played canny. We've already caused them problems.
