Can you imagine how much paint we can buy for that

There is no way I want Clarke to leave but if we could get the likes of Stansfield , Lowe and a defensive centre mid in his place , I would accept that . That is how the model should work so let’s see.
Quality player and we should be looking for a similar fee.Bournemouth bought that lad Scott?? from Bristol City for £25mill like who had never kicked a ball in the Premier League.
Exactly.Removing the sell on % for players we might never sell for much is smart from a West Ham perspective but not so much from ours.
We won’t get anywhere near that amount for him.Anything less than £30 million and they can piss off
Obviously you get most money selling Clarke but those 3 players wouldn't improve us overrall imo, not for compensating losing Clarke's stats and what he brings to the table.I’m not saying we would get like for like but everyone can see we need more balance .
As I said , I don’t want to sell Clarke but he looks like the player that would go first and provide the biggest injection of funds .
I meant Rowe , not that I think we could get him . Just someone who has stood out every time I’ve watched himWho is Lowe?
How much are we gonna make on Alese and Ekwah like? Injuries and inconsistencies make those figures up in the air at this stage. If this did happens I'd prefer an uncomplicated cash deal (or they can chuck Bowen or Paqueta in if they want)
Seems a bit of a daft approach to me, unless the owners aren't prepared to put anything in. They would be better building on a team with saleable assets already in it imo.To start buying 5m pound plus players we are going to have to sell first . I think that’s been made clear .
He’s 94th percentile for tackles made in our own defensive third. He tracks back and gets stuck in fineHe needs a move where he isn’t expected to do any defending as when he has to do it for us on occasion he may as well go for a coffee and come back when we’re back on the attack
Well ekwahs gonna be a star in the French midfield within 3 year supposedly so we should make a few quid off himHow much are we gonna make on Alese and Ekwah like? Injuries and inconsistencies make those figures up in the air at this stage. If this did happens I'd prefer an uncomplicated cash deal (or they can chuck Bowen or Paqueta in if they want)
I do mate, but having had the experience he has had at Tottenham I personally feel he might be enjoying his football and I do think we are not dealing with some dumb arse young witless wonder. Jack will go when he is ready and hopefully that won't be for a quite while yet...ever thought a professional footballer wants to play at the highest level and in Europe rather than Rotherham away in December on a freezing Tuesday night??
Brentford or West Ham?Told you all about this a few weeks ago, I thought it would have been the summer
