Absolutely, everyone would've done the same in his position in my opinion.

Been told he's not good enough for years and years, finally got a contract that will set him and his family up for generations.

Did Liverpool not set him up? Who told he he wasn't good enough? Liverpool, England? I wanted my children to grow up and make their own way in life, not be dependent in me. How have the Beckhams children fared by being set up for life?

He is a man of his own thoughts. Can you not support a cause and still earn money. I get it's in a country that doesn't agree with that sort of thing. However, when it comes to the choice of appeasing others or looking after my own, there is only one winner.

The money he was offered was incredible for someone nearing the end of his career, even for a millionaire. Like I said, everyone’s opinions on here are skewed because of the mags Saudi takeover. There has been many other players took the Saudi money but none have been vilified on here like Henderson.
