Problem for whom?Apparently, it could be Thursday before the date/kick off is confirmed. Both the BBC and ITV want the game but a noon kick off is a problem
I hope it isn't televised and that there's no streams. That would be canny.

Hope we're asking for an 11am kick off nowApparently they’d prefer a later kick off.
Yeah...thinking the same lol. 5.15 with everyone on the drink since 11It’ll be an early kick off, way too much potential for trouble if everyone’s full of ale

Be a shame having an early kickoff but let’s be honest plenty fans both sides would act the cnt and nothing good ever comes from itI believe TV want a 1.30 kick off. NP apparently aren’t overly keen on that
I don't understand the whole "late kick off = everyone will be pissed" argument. Surely if its an early ko, those who want to get pissed will just start drinking earlier anyway? I'm sure I remember reading a few years ago that a few of our fans went to the snooker/pool place that used to be near Jamesons for an all-nighter, because it was open 24 hours or something, before an early derby. A later ko/evening match would be class. People who want to get pissed, will be pissed, regardless of what time the match kicks off. I dare say there'll be some who've started already.Yeah...thinking the same lol. 5.15 with everyone on the drink since 11![]()

I'm sure we played them on a Saturday teatime at the Stadium of Light in April 2001. We drew 1-1 when Patrice Carteron scored.Quarter past 5 on a Saturday would be unbelievable like. Atmosphere would be even more toxic
Gotta be reduced I reckon, 15% is a shit tonne of mags for the coppers to cope withI suspect they will compromise and go for 12.45 or 1pm on the Sunday.
Expect a lot of noise about the mags allocation in the coming days.
Later kick offs definitely result in more people being boozed up like. The atmosphere at the play off game last season was proof enough of that, class day.I don't understand the whole "late kick off = everyone will be pissed" argument. Aye I think you're rightI'm sure we played them on a Saturday teatime at the Stadium of Light in April 2001. We drew 1-1 when Patrice Carteron scored.
Unlikely but imagine if we scored first![]()
