Drawn at home to Mags in FA Cup

Even rivalry aside, Sunderland beating this Newcastle team would be one of the biggest upsets in English football over the last decade. One of the great fa cup upsets.

This newcastle team are a great side, and will probably finish 4th again.

Sunderland have some good players including Clarke who can cause problems, but it will need a major performance from SAFC to pull off a giant killing.
Hmmmm if you're a Leeds fan as claimed how can you forget losing 3-0 to League 2 Crawley? Leeds were Premier League as well.

I’m not arsed if there from Benwell or Barbados to be honest. Last night we had 6 English and 5 foreign and once again to a man, they individually put in an unbelievable shift.
Personally I’d rather have Bruno in the team over local lad Elliot Adamson. They’re both 100% grafters, but Bruno has the quality.
Like I say, our greatest strength currently is our commitment and workrate. Very very few sides have struggled to match that.
Elliot Adamson???

Bruno will lose his head in this match. Mind so will one of our players

A upper middle championship side beating a prem side in a 3rd round FA natch would not be one of the biggest upsets like

At home you're a top side who are very difficult to beat. However, away from home you have been very poor such as the defeats to Brighton and Bournemouth.

This match can go either way as form goes out the window for derby games.

Home form undoubtedly better but we’ve played very well away to AC Milan, PSG and that’s before the 0-8 at Sheff United.

Be interesting to see how our respective forms go between now and the game.

It will be amazing. If we beat them it will instantly be one of our best ever results. Possibly only second to the FA cup wins

Make no mistake. Given the difference in league positions, what we’ve endured over the past 7/8 years and with the mags cheat code with unlimited Blood money this would be one a huge shock & result if Sunlun won.

As in saying we’re not rivals anymore? Atleast 50 posts a day about how we’re not Newcastle United anymore and just a sport washing vehicle so no longer rivals

I don’t think many people expected that when they saw the team sheet lol, our worst time for injuries was then
Well that's very true about you selling your soul to the devil
Still rivals despite you being an utterly repulsive football club

I disike them intensely but this Newcastle side is oe of the best sides in the UK.

Depending on Newcastles injury situation, Sunderland may have a squeek.

League 1 Sheffield Wednesday beat them under a year ago and it's already been forgotten by most.

He’ll not like getting kicked, pulled, tripped etc mind - in fact, I expect O’Nein will be kissing his cheek, the lot

Thing is, in order to do that, you need to play at the same tempo as these top midfielders do. The difference in pace between the 2 leagues is mental at the minute. He’ll do well to keep up with them never mind bother them.

They won’t take this that lightly. Probably silly saudi win bonuses on offer and the fact they are a far superior team means we will get humped. I can’t understand why our fans are happy playing em. It’s never a free hit playing em

Ffs man, didn’t realise he was the new incarnation of Superman 🤣🤣

you’ve given us the blueprint with a hardworking and committed performance v PSG away from home. Get the same luck you did bar the penalty decision and we’ll be fine.
