We lost at home to Cambridge and away to sheff wed last couple of years. FA Cup, tends to mean very little.
Would be tough to police like.
They’ll probably play in their Saudi kit just to be more wanky than usual

No offence mate, but you don’t seem the type that would be overly arsed. You’re not a massive defender of Sunderland ie you say how you see it without bias or emotion - which to me is crazy. I always allow bias and emotion into all things Sunderland…not saying you’re wrong, just strangely pragmatic.
I hate them and come from a fairly well split area, loads of me pals and BnW’s and I find it massively difficult to say a good word about that club (even before the sickening takeover) - if we lose I’ll be fairly gutted but not like when we were both in the PL and evenly matched.
Anyways, Santa can cancel me pressies this year and just let us sneak a late 1-0 win over the unwashed with a blatantly obvious offside goal to win in.

Just found out, class, great day out, we have nothing to lose except a little bit of local pride, the mags will look f***ing stupid if they lose this game, after all they'll be strong favourites, bring it on.

It will matter more to lose this game than any other this season, bar say a play-off match.
