The pricing of releases from The Lakes Distillery boggles my mind. Their latest is a NAS non cask strength bottling for £190. I must be missing something as that seems ridiculous to me.

Hopefully the SB stuff will start to stick around a little longer again. I buy more Glengyle than SB and that's certainly hanging round longer. The KK12 and KK16 were fairly easy pickups last time and the Heavily Peated 8 is still widely available with the 9 now released and available. Be nice to see the SB10 & SB15 stick around a little bit even if the special releases like Local Barley and CS12 fly out.

Still never managed to come anywhere near nabbing the 12 CS...don't even bother trying nowadays, never mind the LB.
Had a fair few of the KK8 over years and like them a lot.

Wasn't great but The Whisky Exchange have Clynelish GoT bottle for about £33 which for a CS Clynelish isn't to be sniffed at

Only ever managed one CS12 myself and that was a distillery purchase, lovely dram though. Never even really tried for the Local Barley.
As we often say, plenty of good drams around without wasting half your life chasing.
 
Got mine too 👎, that bottle has been open a couple of year now since you were able to grab one with a bit effort nowt like now so it is used very sparingly.
